Statement of Design Intent 

This game was made using the Unity game engine. The idea and inspiration behind this game were to create a digital game based on the original table-top RPG game that was made earlier with the same title, Erebus. It is supposed to be a looter-shooter-style game, where you go on missions and complete objectives for rewards. These missions can take place in the city or even on other planets. The original table-top game had classes similar to those in games such as Destiny, with the Beserk, Sage, and Ninja classes respectively. It is a cross between Cyberpunk 2077, Destiny, and John Wick, a cyberpunk future with super-powered assassins. This game is in very early development but the foundations are being laid. We have the Sage class with its magic powers as well as the ability to use guns. The Ninja class also has the ability to use melee weapons such as katanas. The Berserk class is still in development but will have access to guns and battle axes. This is a game where you pick a class and role with it for your campaign. The original idea was to be able to play with friends but has turned more into a single-player, story-focused game. You will embark on a journey given to you by the God of Darkness, Erebus. You will go on missions to fight for glory, riches, and ultimately to become the most bad-ass assassin in the galaxy, all the while trying to uncover the truth behind why you were given these powers by a god.
